Delivery and Payment

Delivery

We deliver across Nigeria. Estimated delivery times:

• Lagos: 1–2 business days
• Abuja, Port Harcourt, Kano: 2–3 business days
• Other states: 3–5 business days

Delivery is arranged after order confirmation via WhatsApp. We will share tracking details once your package is dispatched.

Payment

We accept:

• Bank transfer (details sent via WhatsApp on order confirmation)
• Pay on delivery (available in Lagos; extra fee applies)
• WhatsApp payment (we send a payment link on request)

Payment is confirmed before dispatch except for pay-on-delivery orders.

Returns

If an item arrives damaged or differs from what was shown, contact us within 24 hours via WhatsApp with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
